If you wish to return or exchange items, kindly ensure that all products are new, unused, and unworn. You can send them back to us within 30 (thirty) days from the order fulfillment date to be eligible for a refund. This policy also applies to sale items.

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM
To return an item, please email customer service at support@jerseybox.net to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your retun to the address that we will provide on the email.
ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM(S)?
In the event that you accidentally ordered the wrong item and the package has already been shipped, you can initiate the exchange process using our returns procedure on our website. Please remember:
- You are responsible for covering the shipping cost to return the item to us.
- We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM(S)?
If you have received incorrect products in your order, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. To rectify this, please follow these steps:
- Begin a return or exchange request using our returns process on our website.
- We will cover the return label cost for the incorrect item(s) to be sent back to us.
- Through our portal, you can select the correct item for exchange, and we will promptly ship it to you.
