How do I place an order?
Browse our full catalog of World Cup 2026 and club jerseys, select your size, and add the item to your cart. Once you’re ready, head to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, for a fast and secure checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Please contact us at support@jerseybox.net as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t entered processing yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed — but you’re always covered by our 30-day return policy.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we offer 100% free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum spend and no hidden fees.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, then shipped with a standard delivery window of 2-4 weeks depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO boxes in most countries, though delivery to PO boxes may take a little longer than a standard address.
What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
Please allow the full estimated delivery window (up to 6 weeks in rare cases) before reaching out. If it still hasn’t arrived after that, email support@jerseybox.net with your order number and we’ll investigate right away.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Unfortunately we’re unable to modify the shipping address once an order is placed, so please double-check it carefully at checkout.
Sizing & Products
Are JerseyBox jerseys authentic?
Yes. We stock both Authentic (player-spec, match-quality) and Replica/Fan versions for every kit, so you can choose the level of quality and price that’s right for you.
What’s the difference between Authentic and Fan/Replica jerseys?
Authentic jerseys use the exact match-day fabric, fit, and printing technology worn by the players on the pitch. Replica (fan) jerseys use the same design and team branding in a more relaxed, everyday fit at a more affordable price.
How do I find my correct size?
Every product page includes a size selector from S to 3XL. For a detailed breakdown, check our Size Guide before ordering — jersey fits can vary slightly between brands like Nike, Adidas, and PUMA.
Do jerseys come with player name and number printing?
Many of our player-specific listings already include the name and number as shown in the product photos and description. Check the individual product description for full printing details.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange any unworn, unused item in its original condition within 30 days of your order’s fulfillment date — including sale items.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email support@jerseybox.net with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, then send the item back to the address we provide.
I ordered the wrong size or item — what now?
Start a return using the process above. You’ll cover the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we’ll cover the shipping cost of sending your replacement.
I received the wrong item — what should I do?
We’re sorry for the mix-up. Contact support@jerseybox.net and we’ll cover the return shipping cost for the incorrect item and send the correct one right away.
